Having difficulty with the new site? Here are some answers to common problems.


How can I buy merchandise from the store?

In order to buy merchandise from the Toastmasters International Web shop, you must first obtain your user ID and password for the new site.

Please note that your old store login ID and password from the previous Web site will not work anymore. In order to purchase items from the new Toastmasters International Web site, you must log in using your new user ID and password.


  • Members: Click here to retrieve your new password or login ID, if you have not done so already. 

How can I conduct club and district business?
You can now easily take care of club and district business by clicking the tabs on the left side of the screen, labeled Club Officer and District Officer.

To conduct club business, click the Club Officer tab and then click Conduct Club Business. This will take you to a page where you can log in with your club ID and password to do the following:


  • View club awards
  • Update club bylaws
  • Submit club officers
  • Pay dues renewals
  • Assign club officers
  • Add new members
  • Update club info
  • Submit award apps
  • View membership roster

To conduct district business, click the District Officer tab and then click Conduct District Business. This will take you to a page where you can log in with your district ID and password to do the following:


  • Enter officer training
  • View prospective clubs
  • Enter area reports of club visits


Why do I have to log in again?
For most people, only the main Web site login is required to buy merchandise or view restricted content. However, club and district officers may have to log in separately to conduct club district business. In these cases, the club or district’s password and ID are required, not the individual’s ID and password for the site.
