The Speech Contest Rulebook 2012 (Item 1171) is now available. Minor revisions to the rulebook, based on members’ suggestions, are highlighted by a diamond icon (♦) in the left margin.

A complimentary copy of the Speech Contest Rulebook 2012 (Item 1171) is being mailed to all club presidents, district governors and lieutenant governors.
Note: The previous version of the Speech Contest Rulebook (Item 1171) is no longer available in print or as a digital file. Members who have downloaded the Speech Contest Rulebook (Item 1171) as a digital file must download the 2012 version through the Toastmasters online store to ensure that they have the most up-to-date rulebook.
