Are Your Club Leaders Lost?
March 25, 2008

Help them tap the tab to keep track of it all!

As a district officer, one of the best ways you can help your clubs is to guide club leaders toward working online. Remind them that the club login is different from the regular login for members. They need to click on the Club Officer tab to reach the correct login page to conduct club business.

Since this a section just for club officers, they must have a club password to enter. Their individual member numbers will not work for club business! If they don’t know which one is assigned to their club, they can get their password here.

Share the good news.
It’s as easy as 1-2-3 to log in to the Club Business Section of the Toastmasters Members Web site:

  1. Start at the Members’ homepage (members.toastmasters.org
  2. From the three tabs on the left-hand side of the screen, click on the one called “Club Officer.”
  3. Click on the link directly below the tab that reads “Conduct Club Business.”

Following these easy steps will bring club officers to the Club Login page. They may bookmark it for easy reference in the future.

This one-stop spot is designed for their convenience! Please let them know that they will be able to:

  • Add new members
  • Pay for members’ renewals and dues
  • Apply for awards
  • View a complete list of active members
  • Update their club’s bylaws
  • Update their club officer information

They’ll enjoy:

  • Instant confirmation of any change in data
  • Faster service and processing time
  • Saving money on postage

They still can’t find it? We’re here to help!

The top-right corner of the members.toastmasters.org homepage has a section called “Need Help?” The first item listed — Club Business — is their portal to convenience as a club officer.

So remind them to get their password and visit the Club Business Section today!
