Going to the International Convention Via Air Canada

Booking your travel through Air Canada is easy. 

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Directly above the "Special Offers" tab, make sure it reads: "Canadian Edition"

  2. Select type of travel: Round-Trip or One-Way

  3. Leaving from: Select your airport you are leaving from.  You may click on Map Search for a listing of airport codes

  4. Going to: Enter YYC (for Calgary, Alberta)

  5. Departure Date: Enter the date you are departing to Calgary

  6. Return Date: Enter the date you plan to return home

  7. Country of Residence:  DO NOT CHANGE!  CANADA SHOULD BE LISTED.  Air Canada Web designers really meant to ask: Meeting Location

  8. Enter the promotion Code: ACAF74D1

  9. Click on the red button marked "SEARCH"

Another screen will appear.  This screen will ask you to confirm with the terms of the promotion code.

Click the red button marked "I Agree."  A screen will appear featuring selected flights and fares.  Select the flight and fare that matches your budget and schedule and proceed with payment options.
