Kristal DiCarlo, DTM, is a human resources professional with experience in labor relations, human resources information systems (HRIS), process improvement, compensation and project management.
DiCarlo has been a Toastmaster for nearly 10 years in Ohio and Tennessee. She was instrumental in reviving her local district, which had dropped to second-to-last in a ranking of Toastmasters districts around the world. As district governor, she led the 1600+ district members to a 19 percent improvement in the ranking. The district has been Distinguished every year since her term.
She is an experienced speaker and trainer on topics related to leadership, human resources, business skills and personal development. She is also a speech coach and an award-winning speaker and evaluator.
DiCarlo and her husband are multi-year winners of the Westlake in Bloom contest, in recognition of their backyard landscaping. In addition to gardening, her hobbies include hiking and reading.
