Keith Ostergard, DTM

As a director on the Toastmasters International Board of Directors, Keith Ostergard is a “working ambassador” for the organization and represents it in a variety of capacities. He works with the Board to develop, support and modify the policies and procedures that guide the organization toward fulfilling its mission.
A resident of Beijing, People’s Republic of China, Ostergard has been a Toastmaster since 1999 and has attained the Distinguished Toastmaster designation – the highest level of achievement in the organization. His many leadership positions within Toastmasters have included lt. governor education and training and district governor. He is a co-founder of the Territorial Council of China (bringing organizational structure to Toastmasters clubs within China). He was that district’s first district governor and in 2007-2008 led his district to President’s Distinguished status.
Ostergard is a member of the Beijing Advanced Speakers Club.
As president of LPC Consulting, LLC, he brings strong business planning and financial analysis skills to the Board. Ostergard is a consultant offering business training in several key areas: executive coaching, change management, leadership development, business strategy and communication skills. His personal interests include reading, writing short stories and poetry, photography, Web site development and music.
