Earleen Norris, DTM, is a retired vocation-education specialist. She is very involved with the American Association of University Women and facilitates a Wisdom Circle for a spirituality center in Truckee, California.

A Toastmaster for more than 20 years, Norris is a member of the Jibboom Street Toastmasters in Truckee as well as the Sierra Advanced Speakers in Reno, Nevada. “Toastmasters has challenged me to stretch beyond my comfort zone in speaking and leading,” she says. “Every Toastmasters meeting is a learning experience -- whether I’m listening to a speech and learning something new, or I'm preparing for a speech that requires research.”

Norris is also an avid bridge player who also enjoys creating greeting cards and playing golf.
