Relevant Work Experience: As a dedicated Public Service Librarian, Billie has developed superior customer service skills which include accurate unbiased and courteous responses to requests from diverse customers throughout the Wasatch Front. As Supervisor in public and private school libraries, Billie has perfected her skills by executing performance plans, by training and development of staff and evaluating their performance. As Manager she has effectively participated in regularly scheduled agency head and committee meetings to ensure effective communication on all levels. She has accomplished strategic standards by writing and implementing departmental and system-wide procedures. She is currently completing the automation of the Reid School Library. She researched and chose the software, wrote procedures, obtained staff, and organized and implemented the conversion of the Sagebrush InfoCentre web-based software.

Hobbies and Interests: Singing, church and community choirs; storytelling; collecting figurine mice.
