Getting to Calgary
Calgary International Airport is the a major international airport that services Calgary. The airport provides air service to 26 airlines including Air Canada/Jazz, Air North, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Connection, Frontier Airlines, Horizon Air, U.S. Airways, United Airlines and WestJet just to name a few. Calgary International Airport provides a complete list of airlines.

Arriving by Air
Toastmasters International has negotiated special airfares for all attendees, speakers and exhibitors, as well as their traveling companions. Be sure to provide your booking agent with the appropriate file number (below) to qualify for the discounted airfare. Book your ticket at least 60 days prior to your departure date and you may qualify for an additional discount.

Taxi Service Fees to and From Calgary International Airport
Taxi service at Calgary International Airport is available 24/7 at two main taxi stands on the arrival level.

Airport taxis can accommodate four or five adult passengers and vans are available upon request to assist customers with excess luggage.

Rates for taxi service are $3.00 to start (including the first 210 meters) plus $.20 for each additional 150 meters. You can usually get around downtown for under $7, and around the central area for about $9. A typical fare from the downtown area to the airport is between $27 - $30. Taxis departing from the airport have a $2 additional airport levy.

Airport Sedans: These are services that provide transportation to and from the airport for a flat rate. They are a little more expensive than a taxi, but are a nicer ride. An average fare for a sedan is about $40.
