Relevant work experience and how it relates to Toastmasters and your role as a region advisor:

In my day-to-day job, and also being the Board member of ISACA New York Metropolitan Chapter, setting goals and implementing the strategies to achieve those goals is very critical. One of the most important things that I learned is that you need to build a great team, support your team, and encourage your team to achieve even more. When you can build a successful district leadership team and create a positive and supporting environment, the members will follow you. I look forward to seeing all districts in Region 9 setting their goals high and achieving them.

What key strengths do you bring to the district leaders?

In the past few years I have been working closely with my district leadership team on implementing marketing strategies to expand new clubs, sustain the existing membership, build and train successful teams, and providing guidance and support to the district leadership team and our members.

Why are you interested in serving as region advisor?

I am very fortunate that I met so many remarkable people in Toastmasters who helped me to become the leader I am today. My goal is to use my past experience and knowledge and help other district leaders succeed. I look forward to new challenges, accomplishments, and successes.
