Relevant work experience and how it relates to Toastmasters and your role as a region advisor:

Working with Fortune 500 companies, I led collaborative knowledge-sharing sessions with global teams and business constituents, enabling participants to feel better about their skills, leading to improved morale and productivity. As an entrepreneur in executive coaching and leadership development, I focus on bridging the gap between employees and management. I train individuals and teams on the fundamentals of successful team-building and leadership development by coaching them on the importance of effective communication, leadership, teamwork, accountability and delegation.

What key strengths do you bring to the district leaders?

I am a solutions-driven manager with extensive leadership and management experience, with expertise in building and sustaining strong teams, balancing competing priorities and making sound time use decisions. My strengths include effective communication, customer relationship management, process improvement and analysis. I am able to explain complex concepts and ideas to individuals at all levels, address concerns as they arise and share best practices to eliminate redundancies. I have demonstrated success in opening new clubs and club retention.

Why are you interested in serving as region advisor?

It’s time to give back to an organization that has done me well, and this is an opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise, as well as provide guidance and support to the district leadership teams in order to help them succeed.
