How does your experience relate to Toastmasters and the region advisor role:
I see the region advisor as a coach for the district team. With my Toastmasters and business experience, I can help them to be successful. My approach is using the following steps: determine the problem, analyze the problem, determine the possible alternatives, and decide the final choice.
What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams? What key strengths do you bring to the district leaders?
A part of my role as a management consultant is coaching colleagues, both as individuals and in a small group of people. The coaching results in them becoming more successful in their professional career or a specific goal.
Why are you interested in serving as region advisor?
I learned a lot about cultural differences in Europe and around the world in my role as a district leader. In the role of region advisor, I can help the district team create an understanding for those differences. I would like to share my professional management experiences and my knowledge of Toastmasters with the district teams.
