How does your experience relate to Toastmasters and the region advisor role:

Professionally, I manage and develop projects with full life cycle including operations, budget and human resources for teams, leadership development programs for current and future leaders through creative programs, adaptive strategies, and mentoring leadership teams for successful implementation of significant initiatives from start to finish. I also have experience of working on change processes to align with organizational vision and mission.

What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams? What key strengths do you bring to the district leaders?

Mentoring and coaching is the focus of my research at doctoral level studies. When I reflect upon my journey in life, it has been due to the constellation of mentors at various stages of professional and personal development. For this reason, I mentor individuals and team members both formally and informally in many different settings.

Why are you interested in serving as region advisor?

First, I want to share the benefits I had received in terms of development and growth in professional and personal life with other members. My focus is on developing leadership and communication skills in women and youth in a global world. Secondly, my research and writings are centered on mentoring and leadership. Finally, I have expertise and experience in leadership development and mentoring, which qualifies me to be part of a global leadership team.
