How does your experience relate to Toastmasters and the region advisor role:
During three decades as an active Toastmaster, I have encountered many situations and resolved many conflicts. As a region advisor in Region 5, I proved myself as a valuable resource and was re-appointed for second term. I would like to bring and apply my extensive experience to Region 2.
What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams? What key strengths do you bring to the district leaders?
I served for many years as a mentor and coach at all levels of the Toastmasters organization. Presently, I am serving as a personal mentor to many Toastmasters members, as well as a club coach to several clubs. Professionally, I was also a project leader for many international and local projects, serving as team leader in diverse and multicultural environments.
Why are you interested in serving as region advisor?
The region advisor can play a pivotal role in the success of a district by looking at the larger picture, and by applying knowledge and expertise gained through experience.
