As a lead reviewer, I have to check the revisions from first reviewers. It's a great learning experience to see what has been revised and it's also a challenge to determine whether to accept the revisions or make further modifications. I enjoy the discussion process with reviewers' team. Sometimes it was just an common word in English but we spent quite a long time to select a more appropriate translation. I like the sense of searching for excellence which meets the Toastmasters spirit."

"Being a reviewer, the best thing is that you have the chance to see the newest speech manual. And, you have to read it!"
