MEMBERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Members have played a critical role in the development and launch of the Toastmasters Pathways learning experience. Three groups in particular have been instrumental:
Chief Ambassadors and Ambassadors — Vital to the development and success of Pathways, Chief Ambassadors and Ambassadors provide leadership and build excitement for Pathways by inspiring, educating and supporting members within their district.
Pathways Guides — As integral members of the Pathways launch team, Pathways Guides work closely with the Chief Ambassador and Program Quality Director while partnering with an Ambassador to visit each club and prepare you for the arrival of Pathways. They are a club’s first point of contact for all Pathways questions and will help with training, supporting the vice president education and more.
Volunteer Translations Reviewers — Pathways educational materials will be available in eight languages in addition to English. Volunteer Translations Reviewers help ensure Pathways materials are translated accurately and localized properly for each region and culture.
Learning Masters — This diverse group of volunteers began collaborating with the Pathways content development team in the early stages of the project. By reviewing plan outlines, giving feedback and presiding over a content pilot program, the Learning Masters helped to ensure Pathways meets your needs.
