Distinguished Performance Reports Page
Important note: The recognition reports are processed between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) each day. Please do not access the reports during this time because the data may not be accurate while they are being run. When the reports are completed, you can be assured that the data on the Classic reports will be correct.
As we approach the end of the program year, performance reporting is more important than ever. You’re well aware of our challenges in providing accurate date through new dashboards we introduced in July 2012. To ensure that you have accurate data when you need it most, we’re pleased to let you know that we are making changes.
All of the data integrity issues have been resolved in the reporting system. These are reflected in the Classic reports. However, because of the limited capabilities and inflexibility inherent in Silverlight and HTML5 we have made the decision to take these reports down permanently on Thursday, May 23, 2013.

Dashboards
The Distinguished Performance Reports Dashboards show visual progress in the Distinguished Club, Area, Division, and District Programs and the data is updated daily. To view all of the dynamic features of Dashboard, you must first install Microsoft Silverlight on your computer. If you choose not to install this software, we have built an HTML site as an alternative.

Classic Reports
For those who would still like to view the data in a tabular format, with the familiar look of the reports of the previous years, we've also created Classic Reports.

All of these reports enable volunteer leaders to access key performance indicators that relate to specific goals, as well as track their club, area, division and district achievements in the distinguished programs.
Important note: To download the Silverlight software, go to http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight and follow the standard prompts. Once you have installed, check out the dashboard at www.toastmasters.org/reports. reports.
