Each full card is made up of a detachable card which can be used as a guest badge and a second part to be used as an informational card.
Club members should fill out the back of the name tag portion with contact information and other club information before tearing it off to give to the guest. Use a badge holder, safety pin or double sided tape to attach the badge to clothing.
Have the guest fill out their information and check boxes to keep with your records.
